Pigmint combines manually vetted sellers, verifiable pack fairness, and tracked shipping rules so buyers and sellers can transact with confidence. Pokemon listings use TCGPlayer condition standards, while Sorcery cards on Pigmint are NM+ only.
Pack Audit Trail
Pack contents are pre-assigned and locked before sale with verifiable checklist allocation rates.
Seller Vetting
Every seller is manually reviewed and completes Stripe identity and tax onboarding before listing packs.
Stripe Checkout
All checkout payments are processed through Stripe.
Full Transparency
Every pack shows its complete checklist and allocation rates. No hidden cards, no secret pools.
Pack Allocation Integrity
Pigmint uses a verifiable fairness model. Pack contents are locked at publish time so outcomes do not change after listing. Here's how it works:
- Pre-Stuffed Allocation: Card allocations are locked into pack instances when a pack listing is published.
- Manifest Transparency: Buyers can inspect checklist details and tier allocation rates before purchase.
- Integrity Checks: Content hashes and locked manifest data support post-sale fairness verification.
Technical Details
- Pack Model: Pre-stuffed pack allocations (immutable after publish)
- Transparency: Checklist and allocation rates exposed to buyers before purchase
- Audit: Content-hash and pack history data retained for review
Seller Onboarding
Before anyone can sell on Pigmint, they pass a curated manual review and must:
- Complete Stripe Connect onboarding (including any required identity or tax details)
- Agree to our seller guidelines and terms of service
- Pass our review process
We continuously monitor seller activity and take action on any violations. Sellers with repeated issues are suspended and removed from the platform.
Buyer Protection
As a buyer on Pigmint, you're protected by:
- Shipping Guarantees: Sellers must generate tracked shipments after Pigmint's 48-hour shipping buffer
- Authenticity Promise: All cards must be genuine. Counterfeits result in permanent bans and full refunds
- Dispute Resolution: Our support team mediates issues between buyers and sellers using the listed condition standard
- Checkout Handling: Stripe handles card processing and chargeback rights
Condition Standards
Pokemon listings on Pigmint use TCGPlayer condition labels, and Pokemon condition disputes are judged using TCGPlayer's criteria for the listed condition.
Sorcery cards on Pigmint are NM+ only.

Counterfeit Policy
Zero Tolerance for Counterfeits
Pigmint has a strict zero-tolerance policy for counterfeit cards. Sellers who list fake, replica, or proxy cards as authentic will be:
- Immediately and permanently banned
- Reported to relevant authorities
- Required to refund all affected buyers
If you receive a card you believe is counterfeit, contact support immediately with photos. We take these reports seriously and investigate thoroughly.
