Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know the packs are fair?
Pigmint packs are pre-stuffed and locked before sale, with checklist and allocation data shown up front. You can inspect this before checkout.
What happens if a seller doesn't ship my cards?
Sellers must generate tracked labels after Pigmint's 48-hour buffer. If that does not happen, contact support and we will step in with enforcement and eligible refunds.
Can I return cards I don't want?
No. Sales are final unless cards are not as described. Pokemon condition disputes are judged using TCGPlayer's criteria for the listed condition, and Sorcery cards on Pigmint are NM+ only.

How do seller payouts work?
Pigmint moves eligible seller funds into Stripe 2 days after delivery. Once the balance is in Stripe, sellers cash out manually from the Stripe dashboard.

How does TGM work?
Use code TGM on your first paid order to earn 5% back in Truffles, capped at $10 total reward. Truffles are credited right after successful payment and can be used on a future purchase.
What happens if I refund an order that earned Truffles?
If an order that earned Truffles is refunded or charged back, those Truffles may be reversed. If you already used them, your account may temporarily show a negative Truffle balance.
Are the cards authentic?
Sellers complete onboarding and must agree to only sell authentic cards. Suspected counterfeits are investigated and can lead to immediate permanent bans.

Delivery depends on the 48-hour consolidation buffer plus carrier transit time after label generation. Tracking appears as soon as a seller creates shipment.
